Empowering Change

Through our pillars, programs, and partnerships CEI seeks to: 

• Foster culturally-conscious narratives that drive meaningful social change

• Craft a scalable framework for achieving equity across the entirety of the media landscape including studios, streamers, networks, distributors, and suppliers.  

• Build targeted workforce/skills development programs addressing both the lack of diverse leadership in media as well as pipelines to integrate talent from disadvantaged global communities into the entertainment industry   

• Engineer ethical emerging technology initiatives that place humanity and diversity at the forefront of rapid changes in innovation  

• Harmonize with corresponding special advocacy initiatives and premium content projects addressing pressing social issues of equity, history, human rights, gender, climate justice, economic inequality, and more
